Louann Cruz-Henry

LouAnn assists patients at check-in and checkout and helps maintain smooth daily flow at the front desk. In addition to her administrative role, she verifies insurance benefits and steps in to support the providers in the treatment rooms.

She also assists with Shockwave Therapy, making her an important part of our clinical care.

LouAnn’s versatile skill set allows her to support every area of the practice. From assisting the providers to helping with wellness services, she works to ensure patients feel supported, understood, and well cared for throughout their visit.
